It has been sixteen years since the fall of the Kalovaxian reign in Astrea. The Ember Queen, Theodosia Eriene Houzarra, has been nothing short of a queen filled with fire. Her lover, Prinz Søren of the fallen Kalovaxian empire, serves as a diplomat to watch over the indentured Kalovaxian servants, and be sure that they are being treated as equals in countries that they burned to the ground in the wake of their terrifying reign. Their children, Prince Reidan Blaise Houzarra and Princess Myrine Elpis Houzarra are the future of their kingdom.
