This is a story about my experiences with mental health. Strap in, it's a wild ride.

ok so this is going to be my mental health journey as I am hoping that by righting this it will help u guys to see that you are not on your own but please if your in a bad head space don't read this I know it is easer said that done but go read something funny and come back to this later or don't I don't mind as long as u stay safe and I will try to put in as many trigger warnings as possible I will try and wright it in chapters and rank them out of five for self harm. five being extremely triggering and one being not at all and then for emet I will do the same with a to e and I apologise for any spelling or punctuation eras I'm severely dyslexic
