***ONE CHAPTER OUT PER WEEK ON FRIDAY*** Emily Armstrong has stopped singing. She lives alone in Echo Park, in a slowed-down, almost motionless routine. Days pass between scribbled notebooks, night walks, and memories she avoids without ever really escaping them. Music is still there, in the background, but she no longer dares to face it. The voice still exists, somewhere - it just doesn't fully belong to her anymore. This fanfic is deliberately slow and introspective. It lingers on silence, on thoughts, on small, almost invisible gestures. There are no immediate revelations, no clear trajectory. Just a woman trying to understand who she has become after losing the thing that once defined her. A quiet encounter, a few exchanged words, a sound barely allowed to exist slowly begin to crack the stillness. Nothing is forced. Nothing moves fast. Everything unfolds at her own pace. This is a story about waiting, resistance, and the fragile moment when something starts breathing again. Trilogy 1 | Nothing Sounds Like Me Anymore : A slow, introspective story about silence, loss, and the fragile moment when a voice begins to return. Trilogy 2 | Off the Record : Emily works with Linkin Park in secret, rebuilding her voice and herself away from the spotlight, where everything is still uncertain. Trilogy 3 | Louder Than Light : Thrown back into the public eye, Emily must learn how to stay whole while standing under the lights again. Important note : These stories are works of fanfiction inspired by Emily Armstrong. While they draw on certain real elements for context and timeline, the narrative, relationships, and events are entirely fictional. © Mary Unsaid. All rights reserved. It's Rob Bourdon's last day as an official Linkin Park member and Mike is STILL not ready to accept he's leaving even though they already have a replacement for him, Colin. Mike had promised himself that he would never lose another band member after...you know who. But despite all the begging and persuasion Rob won't budge, he has other plans for going out. The last thing he wants to do before he retires as an LP member is to find Colin and Emily and have an important talk with them. They are the future of Linkin Park, everyone knows that, ESPECIALLY Rob. In Rob's opinion Brad, Mike, Joe, and Phoenix did a shitty job of trying to prep them up for everything they're gonna have to go through. They're not aware of how half of the LP fandom are like fucking animals who want to tear them to shreds, they don't know about the secret ¨rules¨ in the band, Emily especially doesn't know enough about Chester and should know more about the man who passed the torch down to her, and Colin is clueless about everything and both of them don't even know how to work the ¨Linkin Park ship¨ without sinking or crashing! Perhaps, Rob can change that... [Main characters for this story: Rob, Emily, and Colin. Some cursing, mention of suicide, mention of Chester's death. Mike, Joe, Brad, and Phoenix appear in this story with Mike in the first chapter and the others in the last chapter but they do not have big roles. Complete]

© Mary Unsaid. [COVER ART ABOVE MADE BY ME! COPY AND PASTE THIZ LINK FOR A CLEARER VERSION: https://ibb.co/wZS2MvyZ] It's been eight years since rockstar Chester Bennington died and it's only been a measly seven months since Emily Armstrong had gotten up to take his place. Despite being put up on such a big pedestal though, Emily doesn't feel all that different from when she was with her original band, "Dead Sara". Like- it's different, of course, but at least she fits in and is good friends with the others despite their age gaps and differences. Life's changed for her and Linkin Park, and maybe it did for the better than it was after Chester's passing. Maybe she was doing good after all by leading Linkin Park to a new era. Perhaps if Chester was still here, he would've been proud of her; but those were questions that would remain unanswered, or so she thought...Soon strange things began to happen to Emily. Peculiar things, whether that be blackbirds in the sky, weird coincidences seemingly directed at her, off-putting sensations, nearly anything. And everything seemed to lead her to come across a strange little boy who seemed just as lost as she was. And what was supposed to be a stern confrontation turned into a disturbingly "coincidental" connection, making Emily realize that who she was talking to wasn't someone from here, but was the past version of someone. Someone who she thought was long gone...

This is the English version from the original "Hinter den Zeilen" (Behind the Lines). I translated it to English, because it's only fair for everyone, who doesn't speak German. Some translations might be bad, pls don't hate! I'm still learning English! Anyways, have fun! :3 The band has been on tour since the beginning of the year. The five boys/girls (and Alex) enjoy the tour life and traveling together. But the three remaining founders of the band feel that something is different than it used to be... I have the 1. Chapter written with the help of ChatGPT, as I never get a start to a story. (Sorry) Oh, and the first few chapters are pretty lame, so you can just skip them. About from the 8th Chapter it starts with the actual story. Very important: This is ONLY a fanfiction! None of this is real! Feel free to leave a comment! :3

On tour with Linkin Park, Emily Armstrong knows how to show up: scream her lungs out, light up a stage, survive the noise. But offstage, in the quiet between cities, she finds herself pulled toward something softer. In Berlin, that softness has a name: Lena, a local stage tech who moves like she belongs and sees through Emily's practiced armor with unnerving ease. Between shows, buses, and dark hotel rooms, Emily learns there are places with teeth: cities, people, memories, but maybe there are also places that listen if you talk nice. And maybe, in the quiet in between, someone might just hear her.

A short story inspired by Linkin Park's music video"Over Each Other." Warning: this is a tear jerker. Not a happy story. Told from two perspectives, it weaves a tale of love, loss, and lingering memories. Two souls bound by a connection that transcends even the most fragile of barriers. One love-seen from both sides of the glass.

Of guns who make them rule. Of blood that break them through. Of love, that's for a fool. Of leather that's left of you. "...and all the money I had couldn't buy what I wanted at the exact moment. And all the whiskey in the world couldn't make me forget what I was feeling. And I would gladly give up all the power I had gained to feel it one more day." What if feels to be a part of the most dirty money-making businesses a man could ever imagine. What it feels to delete your past and live in the present and future. And most importantly, what it feels to gain and lose. An Emily Armstrong fanfiction

'Only stopping close infront of me, she fixates me with her gaze. I can feel her breath on my face as I shift my eyes to her lips. They look so soft. I wish I could press mine against them. Caressing them with my tongue. Tasting her warmth. Shyly I look back up. Seeing her blue iris. The dark lashes framing their almond shape. We're close. Extremly close. Only one more step and our mouths would touch. I can feel the tension building up. Electric sparks dancing between us. Our breaths going fast, exhaling through our parted lips. And just as I get the courage to close the gap, the door is being opened.' -> for the best experience listen to the songs in the titles of each chapter
