After Lydia becomes engaged to The Crab her mother loses her battle with terminal cancer they end up facing more obstacles in their relationship when They find out the Crab has a teenage daughter Maria from his last marriage and she and Lydia's much younger sister Danae aka Dee come to live with them on one of the floors in Emily's Stanton headquarters. When they find out that The King got bailed out by Lazer and that they are still very much active. Emily and Lydia have a challenge as there's more people rather then just Tracy to protect in their new close knit family
