However, desperate to not lose her half of her heard earned business name during the settlement she sets out to hire the witty and tactful divorce lawyer Killian Jones who promises to ensure Emma keeps whatever she wants from the divorce. His plans may not be all that ethical, and although at first annoyed by his ways Emma slowly begins to fall for him. I've seen a lot of CS fanfics out there, and I wanted to try something different. :)
