A 'The Prom' fic :) Emma and Alyssa had always been drawn to each other. It was surprising, considering how different their personalities were. Alyssa, the bubbly, polite, straight "A" student who could quite possibly do everything perfectly, as opposed to Emma, extremely shy, and seemed to live by the "don't speak unless spoken to" rule. Nevertheless, they just seemed to click.

The story takes place after the movie during Emma's and Alyssa freshmen year on his. In the movie Emma says her Alyssa we're together for a 1 and a half and their suppose to be juniors when the prom takes place. Based on Ariana DeBose's and Jo Ellen Pellmen's Alyssa and Emma Weekly updates

When Trent joins a famous quartet of actors to help make a lesbian couple go to the prom, Courtney is dragged along with them so they get insider information about the current situation. But she meets a boy. They become close friends. Or you could say, closer than friends... Emma Nolan might end up having "the time of her life" when going on a long summer vacation with her family. What will happen when she is forced to spend more time with the hot dance instructor? New friendships will grow and maybe turn into something more, it will be a summer to remember. OUAT cast dumped into a Dirty Dancing storyline... sort of.
