Moving to a new school is hard, especially for Emma Pillsbury, now a high school senior. Her parents encourage her to join a club since it will look good on a college application. When the foster system moved him from Chicago to Lima, Ohio he knew the first thing he was going to do was join the jazz band. The exact opposite group of people you would think he would want to hang around. He may look (and act) like the stereotypical "Bad boy" but deep down he's a band geek. He sits on the sidelines of the glee club, rolling his eyes at their ignorance and selfishness. Safe to say he doesn't like the glee kids very much.
