A troubled teen named Annabeth is considered a lost cause. Each and every foster family passes her on within a week. She is acquainted with the local police stations, and no school within Oregon will accept her. She is banned from 53 Wal-Mart's, 7 cities, and countless other places. Everyone thinks she is a mistake that never should have been born. But Annabeth doesn't care. She is invincible. She doesn't need anybody. Or does she?
