Something similar to envy, or jealousy; want. Being so high up in the mafia meant money, lifestyle, being protected, and the slight smell of stale blood he could never make go away. But despite being so high up, so protected, he could never sleep at night. Not because he was afraid of being caught, but because there were bugs under his skin, and they'll never leave until he kills his baby sister's murder, and takes the best thing in the man's life for himself, and he will stop to no avail.
