The way the life is, some peoples who're close to us go away & sometimes we leave them, to keep moving on with our lives & how sometimes the person more closer to us is neglected, how we hurt them & how this hurt us. Stuck is a collection of poems I have written. Some of these may be dark and "depressing". Some will be much lighter. I intend to touch upon as many of my experiences as I possibly can through the beautiful art form that is poetry.

This is just a group of poems and excerpts of things that i feel and thoughts that i have from suffering with bipolar disorder and depression. I have always found writing to be the best coping skill for me. And i have been told i write very well. So i decided to share my writings and thoughts with you guys. And hopefully help relate to some people who also suffer with mental health issues! WARNING: If you do suffer from mental health matters this may be triggering for certain people. So please read at your own risk! Thank you ♡
