Lorraine has not seen the outside world since September. Trapped in her bedroom, tethered to her illness that has restricted her to living through her window. She watches and remembers the life she used to live. As spring delves into summer, the lines blur as she yearns for an escape of her depressing reality. Her loneliness creeps up on her as Lorraine begins to question the point of it all in her isolation. She wonders if she will ever be free. A story of grief, womanhood and exploration, Lorraine searches for comfort in the clouds and at the bottom of a well. This story contains sensitive topics such as isolation, grief, illness and gendered violence. Trigger warnings may apply for later chapters.
