How many of YOU are there? Living inside your head and body? At first, you might say one... Try again and meet all the Parts of you struggling to find balance. . . . This compilation of poems is written by the different parts of me, depending on my feelings. Let me know if you can relate.

Owen adopts a puppy behind Claire's back. His intention is to have a part of what he lost with his raptor pack back, but he got a pug. A breed that is about to show him how it doesn't take an alpha male to be in charge, but some attitude and charisma would do the trick.

Today unfolded like a storm inside and out. Panic gripped me unexpectedly, sharp and sudden, reminding me of the fragility of control. Tears came freely, mixing with the music that carried my emotions, guiding me through the chaos. I faced moments of fear, the weight of past struggles, and the lingering echoes of being unseen or misunderstood. Amid it all, I cleaned my car, cleared the space around me, and protected my energy-small but significant victories that grounded me. I witnessed raw emotions in others too, stories of love, longing, and danger shared without filters, reminding me how intertwined human experiences are, yet how essential boundaries remain. I stood firm, silent at times, speaking only when necessary, honoring my own limits. Each step, from the mundane tasks to the internal battles, was part of reclaiming myself, asserting control over my life, and embracing clarity after chaos. Today was not just about surviving-it was about understanding, reflecting, and moving forward with strength.

This book is a collection of unrelated short stories and emotional pieces. It is filled with vivid imageries and personified emotions. Its MAIN purpose is to captivate the readers, coerce a response and allow both the writer and readers to immerse into a world with no masks, no barriers. Just you, your mind and the written words.
