This poem is a reflection on the harsh truths of conditional love, isolation, and survival. It explores what it feels like to be valued only when you are strong, quiet, and easy to carry, and abandoned the moment you show cracks, need care, or reveal your truth. There is no sugarcoating here - just relentless honesty. It delves into the exhaustion of carrying everything alone, of holding your pain in silence while the world expects you to remain unshakable. It captures the slow, brutal lessons learned from absence masquerading as grace and silence masquerading as mercy. It's about realizing that love is often temporary, that understanding is rare, and that survival is something you must claim for yourself. Every line is cold and deliberate, exposing the sharp edges of disappointment, neglect, and self-reliance. This is not a poem about becoming bitter; it's about clarity. It's about naming patterns, facing the truth, and refusing to romanticize neglect. It's about learning to survive your own reality when no one else will, and finding strength, coldness, and resilience in the spaces where others have left you behind. At its core, this poem is a testament to survival, self-respect, and the icy clarity that comes from seeing people for who they are.

Wella has always talked to herself. Not just in passing, not just when she's alone, but in the way people do when the silence feels too sharp. What she never realized is that something, or someone, was always listening to her shpeels. After a brutal heartbreak and a season of bone-deep silence, the air around her begins to change. Rooms begin to breathe. Shadows hold still. And the dead start speaking... but not as the ghosts you and I know them to be. These dead come as mirrors. They echo Wella's thoughts, finish her prayers, and feed her a power she doesn't fully understand. A magic born from profound grief. Imagine having the power to force someone to confront the pain they've caused? Wella learns to summon that pain... to pull it from others and show it to them like a reflection they can't look away from. But what she's not prepared for is how her own pain fights back. The voices that taught her to shrink. The boys who bruised her spirit. The parts of her that still ache to disappear. None of them go away quietly. And then there are the ones watching. The ones who desperately want what she has... To survive this awakening, Wella will have to stop pretending. Stop performing her weakness for other people's comfort. She will have to claim the voice she once gave away. Because magic born from grief does not wait for permission. And Wella? Babygirl... the universe said, "Step it the fuck up. The ancestors are cosmic side-eyeing."

A mind is not a prison - it is a ballroom built for survival. This piece follows the quiet choreography of someone dancing through their own unraveling, mistaking movement for escape. Here, madness isn't chaos but elegance - a performance no one sees, and a room no one else enters. It is an intimate portrait of the beauty and terror of holding yourself together.

Some cages are built by pain. Others by memory. And sometimes the cruelest realization is discovering the door was never truly locked at all. 😭🖤

I'm not a professional writer, and I'm not trying to be one. I just have stories in my head that I've never been able to fully put into words on my own. I used AI to help shape and express those ideas, but everything-the concept, the characters, the world-is mine. If that bothers you, I totally understand, but please don't tear the story down just because of how it was made. This is a creative outlet for me, and I hope those who stay enjoy what I've built.

The world fell apart before anyone could say goodbye. No rescue. No order. Just static on every channel - a dead signal echoing across the ruins. Nine survivors remain, each holding on to something different: Cheby, the quiet yet determined girl who refuses to back down. Mumble, the calm voice of reason when chaos takes over. Mow, fierce and unyielding, ready to fight for every breath. Gmanvan, the risk-taker who pushes the limits for the group's survival. StormGlacier, the reluctant leader who carries the weight of their choices. Uji, analytical and precise, with eyes that never miss a detail. Usa, kind-hearted but strong - the one who keeps hope alive. Gab, grounded and blunt, never afraid to face the truth. Kirai, distant and unreadable, haunted by what he's lost. Together, they move through the dead zones - shattered cities, decaying shelters, and endless roads - searching for life, answers, and the source of the last signal ever broadcast. But in a world where silence kills and trust fades fast, the greatest threat might not be the infected... It might be each other.

This isn't poetry for comfort. This is what survival sounds like when it's done bleeding quietly. This is for the people who were called strong because no one ever stayed long enough to help. For the ones who prayed, broke, sinned, healed halfway, and kept moving anyway. For the ones who got judged for how they survived instead of why they had to. I didn't come out clean. I came out alive. And if that makes me a hypocrite to people who never had to choose between drowning and breathing ugly, so be it. This is grief that learned how to stand. Faith that argues with God and still shows up. Love that wants connection but refuses to lose itself again. A heart that's tired of pretending healing is quiet or pretty. If you hear anger in this, good. If you hear truth in this, even better. And if this makes you uncomfortable, ask yourself why - because it wasn't written for applause. It was written because I'm still here. Still here. Still breathing. Still standing. Hypocrite.
