Unfortunately, though, she let's herself slip one day and is banished along with a group of teenage criminals to go live in the Forbidden Cities in the Council's newest attempt to forge a relationship with the humans. They call it: Project Flareadon. This is not only due to the part that they will be in what used to be Sophie Foster's hometown, the area that was ravaged by a certain Pyro, but also because the Council knows the most difficult part will be surviving the fire that is the humans.
