Here he stood before you, with something off about him. He looked down at you with those impossibly dark eyes, the first thing you noticed about him when you first met at the altar on your wedding day. Looking into them you often thought how a man's eyes could be so dark, cold and yet warm. If you could swim in his deep eyes to learn the currents of him you would, part of you wanted to just be closer with him, maybe you hoped there was more to him than before and you just had to go searching for it.

Her mother was one of the few women Commodus ever entertained, he viewed her as a one night mistake of his younger years, but the daughter that arrived 9 months later, was the light of his life. He loved her most, more than his father, than his sister or nephew. For Livia Marie Lucile Aurielia was his and his own to cherish. The girl grew up lavish, spoiled by her grandfather and father. When Commodus became Emperor, in everything he did she was with him. But when he fought against Maximus in the colosseum on that fateful day, the 7 year old girl was left alone in the world of vultures. Of course she stayed with her aunt Lucilla, who morned the loss of her son Lucius who had disappeared not long after the death of Commodus. Greedy senators of all ages awaited the day she became a women. Luckily for her, a certain senator, became emperor had two sons her age, and one of them later won her heart.
