Mirabel has hidden this secret she had for a long time. she had a Sicknesses... everything she ate made from her mother it just came back the next day. after Casita crashed Mirabel was protected by Casita.. but what if she wasn't entirely.? what if...she was..Paralyzed? or...badly injured? or in a coma.? what would the family do? who would they go to?... Without Julietas powers... who's the doctor they can go to?..

An extrordinary family of creatures with special powers runs and takes care their small villiage. However, an ordinary daughter with no powers and no cutie mark has to take up the responsibility to save the magic and more importantly restore the family bonds between them before what they had gained is lost forever.

A different path that could have been taken brings about a more controlling Madrigal family. The Kings and Queens would require fealty from all of their subjects, or they would face their wrath.

Soo basically since Mirabel became somehow the new candle, she's know immortal and also can control people with gifts but this backfired bad. Its been 300 years since and Encanto is as isolated as it was (ya know bcs of magic) but now after all those generations its rare to not have gift in Encanto with almost evb being somehow a descendant of Alma. Mirabel has some sort of helper and you'll figure who that is (: she is only seen in ceremony to give the kids their gifts and is seen as somewhat a godess The village grew bigger with magics aid and as I said families who don't have gifts are seen as slaves. Note: we'll see characthers like abuela abuelo Julieta Pepa Dolores etc. are known as "The first users of magic" and are believed to come back as ghosts with their spouses in a special day wich every child gets their gift (since they can't have ceremonys every day they picked a random holiday to do so)

What if the Madrigals were living in modern times? What if this big, chaotic family full of extraordinary people were put in various modern situations? What would happen? Well, my buddies over on Instagram and I are about to answer these questions in an array of comically written oneshots!

We get to see the wonderful tale of the Hamato family (with a few kids taken in), but when Dezzy, the only ordinary member, discovers the magic surrounding their home is in danger, she may be her family's last hope. Yeah, I didn't think I'd be doing this... but after hearing We Don't Talk About Bruno and thinking of how it could be with some of the tmnt characters- I kinda had to 😅

After Mirabel gets yelled at by Pepa and Alma the day after the proposal, she runs to the edge of town, where Antonio and Bruno comfort her, Strange things happens. The candle burns bright, Abuelo appears but leaves again, and Bruno, Mirabel and Antonio have been reverted back to their younger forms! With 13 year old Bruno, 11 year old Mirabel and infant Antonio, will the other Madrigals be able to fix all the damage they've caused the 3, or will they be stuck like this forever? This is for an AU I'm working on, talking about if the Madrigals were Gods/Goddesses! In the AU, the Gods have been taken down by evil entities with malicious intent and Mirabel must use what knowledge she has of her family and see if she can put her body, strength, and wisdom to the test. She has no idea why she didn't become a Goddess herself on the festival day, but she won't let her jealousy and envy get in the way of that.
