We know the story of Encanto told by Mirabel telling the story of her own and of her sisters' traumas. In this story we'll go into my own ideas of what Camilo's traumas are. As I'm writing this I don't believe they'll be trigger warnings but if there are I'll be sure to add them at the beginning of chapters and add a recap at the end so you can still enjoy. As Bruno trying to made his visions more perfect to be in Alma's expectations, he saw something. It wasn't clear, the candle almost went out and became bright again, but the clear thing that Bruno only saw is a girl trying to made the Madrigals came back in one piece again. I recently saw Encanto and I fell for it. I have decided to make a story but there was an issue I didn't know what to write. So I scoured the internet finding inspiration and ultimately I have made an Au for them to react to. It is basically taking the concept of Bruno being Mirabel and Camilo's father, see the twist here is that they're assassins. Bruno's part of the family are all assassins and Mirabel has a gift.

The Gifts and Casita are gone. While Casita has been rebuilt, the powers of the Madrigal Family have not been restored. The citizens of Encanto support the Madrigals in any way they can, repaying them for what they had done for them during the era of gifts. Even with this tragic turn of events, not everything goes well behind closed doors. Abuela Alma holds her hostility toward Mirabel, and the rest of the family is not permitted to talk to her. Will the Madrigals ever pull themselves free of Abuela's controlling grip to help Mirabel, who seems to be suffering? What happens when a mysterious stranger moves to Encanto, an estute stranger, offering help to this family fallen from glory. Something is not right about him, and Mirabel knows it. The stranger also knows that she is onto him...

We get to see the wonderful tale of the Hamato family (with a few kids taken in), but when Dezzy, the only ordinary member, discovers the magic surrounding their home is in danger, she may be her family's last hope. Yeah, I didn't think I'd be doing this... but after hearing We Don't Talk About Bruno and thinking of how it could be with some of the tmnt characters- I kinda had to 😅

What if mirabel didn't make it what if she died in the rubble of her childhood home?

This is a Mirabel AU where at her gifting ceremony she gets a "door" but only she can see it, as it disappears for others so does she at least for a bit. Read as she discovers her powers and deals with her struggles, maybe even learns some secrets abouts herself.

When Casita falls, all 6 of the Madrigal grandkids are dragged back into the house and are end up caught in the collapse. The remaining Madrigals are devastated with their deaths. During the build of Casita, the adults are trying to cope with their children, their sobrinas and sobrinos, her nietos deaths. But after the build of Casita, the magical house gives back something the elder Madrigals lost.
