This journal entry is the first in a small series I plan to make, about the Encanto x Mandela Catalogue AU I've made, and the first one is about Bruno's alternate, as suggested by the title. This series may contain mildly disturbing content depending on the entry, but it is mainly supposed to be a journal written from the view of an outsider who is some figuring out how to analyze and study the alternates without having his identity stolen. His name? May or may not be soon to come!

Katerina Ruiz had always been a child at heart. She loved painting, singing, dancing, you name it! However, to anyone who didn't know her well enough, she was a mysterious child who just faded in and out of the town like a ghost. One night, during a festival in Encanto, she starts a game with Bruno Madrigal. The rule of the game? Figure out all her secrets, starting with her name. Neither of them knows that this will be the start of something wonderful...and something tragic.

This story is just a little something I wanted to write based on a redesign of Bruno, where he is more of a woodworker, and he's more organized and careful, but a bit more of a klutz, plus more socially awkward and not great at conversing. This is just a different outcome to the family dinner, where Mirabel brings Camilo with her to investigate the goings on. Hope you enjoy!!

After having a vision into the future, Bruno see's that the Encanto could be in danger, with wolves running wild around its outskirts and seeing monsters attack the town, one of them being a fearsome hombre-lobo (werewolf), but the strangest of them all might be that his vision shows him a girl unrelated to the Madrigal family with mysterious magic of her own. Worried about the safety of Encanto and suspicious of the new girl named Callisto in town, Abeula tells him to get close to her and figure out if she's hiding any secrets, since she might be the key to saving their home. (I do not speak Spanish but I tried my absolute hardest to get words and phrases right, if something is wrong blame google translate lolz)

Y/N knew Bruno before he "vanished" and missed him greatly. They would talk to themselves about where he could be and when he'd come back. When two families are neck and neck with one another, the hatred only grow. Until one day, Bruno Madrigal is suddenly taken by a strange group. Scared and fearing the man who was taking care of him. He was unsure as how to feel, but the man would try his best to calm Bruno down as there was a good reason to take him away from his family. Is that all really true to believe from a man you had just met?

Currently obsessing over Bruno, the rat man <3 I've never written a story before, it's just a little story I think of as I go along, nothing serious or carefully planned lmao. I may never actually finish this book, but feel free to come on this journey with me and maybe catch some Bruno feels :)
