Determination is the first step to success.

This story is not your average "Ugly Betty" story. It is about a young girl named Katrina who grows up in a rich household. Her father is a college professor and her mother is an artist of almost all types. However, Katrina is almost too independent. She hated herself and wished so much that she looked like the other girls. She thought that she was the ugliest girl in the world and no one could be any uglier than her. Little did she know at the time that her life was about to take a huge turn. Could it be a death in the family? Could it be a serious medical condition? Could it be a dispute between her and another individual? I guess you'll have to read and find out what God has planned for the young Katrina.

This is a collection of Poems. About anything and everything. I don't know when I'll update... I guess whenever I've written a new Poem. :)

In a world where I could've been absolutely anything, I was nothing more than a mistake. Anything that could go wrong, has gone wrong and I've been doing my best to turn my life around ever since. Life isn't fair and I don't need it to be, I just need it to give me a break and let me have a fresh start.

LESSONS LEARNT/ HEARD HIM SAY.... Are Bible verses that have encouraged me, spoken to me, challenged me, been a reminder to me, comforted me, lifted me, been a great inspiration to me.... The Bible references are mostly from the versions: Good News Translation(GNT) which I love for the simplicity of its texts yet never looses the profundity of the Word of God and the New International Version(NIV), which is a great version that is mostly used and well known. All the same, I get my inspiration from other Bible versions like the New King James Version(NKJV), the New Living Translation(NLT), the New International Reader's Version(NIRV), the Message translation.... My desire being to share the Good News about the grace and love and hope and life in abundance that we have in and can find in God. #ENJOY:-)!

After three children, all under three years of age, a marriage hanging on by a thread, finances on the brink of mere ruin, and a broken past, Lindsey finds out that she is pregnant, again.
