After the unfortunate but prolonged Death of Sam and Dean Winchester, Castiel is left on Earth to fend for himself till he finds another way. i hope you enjoy this semi sad (not really) short story with some Destiel subtext, broken!Cas and thirdwheel!Sam

After Sam says yes to Lucifer- things seem to go sideways for the world. A virus soon breaks out and the world is left to the mercy of monsters and unruly men. Worst of all there's no more balance. Heavenly hosts have all but disappeared. No one is listening to prayers and pleas... And all that's left is a small group of people that are left behind. All of which look up to the one and only Dean Winchester, whom never thought he could be a leader. But seems to be the only thing standing between total extinction of humans. (Title inspired by the book 'Milk and Honey'. This is basically a detailed series of events in the end verse.)

Dean lives with his little brother Sam in a post-apocalyptic world. They live inside "The Walls," towering structures built to keep the Croatoan virus at bay. Dean is struggling to cope with the guilt of the death of his parents when he meets a strange blue-eyes boy who changes his life. His life changes in more when Croatoan returns to the colony, threatening the lives of everyone Dean cares about.

Sam never got control over Lucifer. three years later, Lucifer leaves and Dean finds Sam

This takes place in the world of the episode 'The End' where Cas is human and takes drugs. He sleeps with his supplier in order to get the drugs. WARNING: Strong language, some smut, and drug usage. Read at your own discretion.

Harry Potter-esque Destiel AU. Dean and Cas are both 6th years while Sam and Gabriel are 1st years. Dean feels himself being watched, but this isn't the kind of attention he minds. He turns around to face his admirer directly and barely catches his attempts to hide his face in his robe. Dean smiles and turns back around on the bench. 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢 𝘥𝘰𝘳𝘬. He continues reading his Astronomy book. 𝘈 𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘳𝘬. And a nice distraction from the unnerving hallucination he had while brushing his hair that morning. It left Dean feeling rather distracted.

Sometimes the end makes bittersweet beginnings.

It's the end of the world, but that doesn't mean it couldn't be the start of them. EXTRACT "What?" Dean asked for what felt the 100th time since he'd arrived here, not enjoying it one little bit. "Sorry, it's just so funny watching how oblivious I was, sometimes I forget." Dean raised an eyebrow as if to say that wasn't an adequate answer, so Cas continued. "You and me, we've had a lot of time to talk over the years- about things your angel wouldn't even know how to approach. For example, why he'd lay down and die right now if it meant saving you. Or why he assumes you don't really care about him. Or the fact he's in love with you and doesn't even realise what it feels like." Future Cas casually stated, as if that wasn't the most awkward thing he could have possibly have said on the list of awkward things. Dean's eyes widened and he coughed loudly, the air suddenly feeling thick in his lungs. "Sorry to chuck you under the bus pal, but it took me years to finally confess, I'm just saving you time." Future Cas added, winking at the angel frozen solid besides him.

Sabrina, better known as Bri, is stuck in the End Verse. the apocalyptic world where Cas is no longer an angel and Dean is the leader of a top hunting group that is hunting down Lucifer.

Imagine, if you will. That the fate Future!Castiel's "fearless leader", Dean Winchester, had supposed for him, as well as his fellows Rick and Risa... Wasn't fulled. That he did NOT die in that sanitarium. Instead, Cas escaped. His only thought, "Dean!". Find him. Help him... Save him, again, even if Death were a certainty. Instead, Cas finds Dean... Already dead. And, as he saw no future without Future!Dean, Cas grabbed Past!Dean's ankle as Zachariah took him home and ended up back in 2009. But... Did the hippie ex-angel make the right choice? As Dean starts on his journey to Detroit in the post apocalyptic world that he blames himself for, he is trying to make it to Sam before he says yes to Lucifer. As Dean struggles with the self hatred, along with the guilt and worry for Sam and Cas, he refuses to believe Sam when he says it's not Deans fault. Will Deans perspective change when reunited with his angelic best friend? Or will it only get messy?
