Arthur looked up to see that it was Francis, "The rules are-" To heck with the rules!" Joe shouted back, "We should just shoot him now! The sick will get him soon anyway!" I decided to post this before I loose inspiration of finishing this short story of you and our favorite tsundere Brit. Hopefully the story is good enough to make up for the short chapter. Alfred is an ER doctor, he cant imagine how upside down his world is going to turn when they get an unidentified patient. The man wakes with a bit of a head injury and amnesia. He is unable to remember anything but his first name. Alfred cannot shake the feeling that this mans special in some way. Things turn out in a strange way for the doctor.

After the Cold War, many countries have noticed that Russia is quiet, dark, and more to himself than before. Not only is he keeping his feelings to himself, but he is also getting consumed by his own sorrow. Even though America holds a fear of Russia and his aura, he still has sympathy for the lonely nation. Therefore, he decides to help the nation and slowly develop a bond to heal the Russian's damaged heart. Little did America know that his sympathy and kindness would lead him down a harrowing love triangle between his closest ally, and a sunflower that has just blossomed.

In a world where you're not needed, alone, and forgotten, what is there left to do but disappear? Canada is gone. The countries have given up looking for him. The appearance of a girl with strikingly familiar violet eyes 18 years later changes it all. IMPORTANT NOTE: This story is on hiatus. It is not abandoned, but the author is not comfortable writing about the Hetalia characters Russia and Ukraine, because of the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine.

As an old country personification such as yourself, you'd seen plenty of conflicts and your own fair share of fights. But when you finally make the leap and run away from your emotionally unavailable husband, your flight to the United States causes a far worse wave to ripple in the ocean of politics and love. It seems that the consequences were far greater than you could have ever imagined. This started as a joke and then it became serious. Also it takes place during the first Opium War so beware of the historical context.
