Wednesday hasn't been feeling too well since she returned back to nevermore and Enid seems to notice this Slow burn This book was heavily inspired by "Little Rain Cloud" on Ao3

After being in a coma, Wednesday with some help escapes the hospital, only to find out not only is Thornhill missing..but so is her brother and not by choice. Finding out his kidnapper is not only an Outcast, but there's a whole other boarding school for the more elite outcasts, and their plans to take town Nevermore. Wednesday has to figure out to save her brother, her reputation, and her school..while getting Thornhill back.

I don't own the cover or any of the characters. I only own the story idea. Wednesday has had enough mysteries and death and all that amazing stuff. all she wants is a normal year at Nevermore. And that's saying something! Little dose she know there's another killer lurking about. slowly killing anyone who gets close to Wednesday. ( no this isn't a yandere story) Not only that,Endi has been acting strange around Wednesday. ( okay wow this isn't helping that yandere thing. sigh ) Poor Wednesday has to deal with a crazyed killer,her friend acting strange and strange romantic feelings for her own friend! A love triangle between enid and xavier,plus her normal school work! Will Wednesday survive this year? or will this crazyed killer ruin everything?

Enid has always been in love with the prospect of having someone destined for you, your other half if you may call it. or Enid has a soulmate and she hopes it's Wednesday Addams.

The story takes place a year after the.. Night of crackstone.. Everyone is back at nevermore. All is well, but enid realized the trauma stuck with her. But thats not the only thing that she realized.. Because she realized that she had growing feelings for.. Recent tips assume the killer's next move is at the Rav'n, Nevermore's biggest charity event, but little did Wednesday know, the night might go differently than what she anticipated.

Wednesday and Enid have just won their fight against Crackstone, Tyler, and Thornhill. Even though Enid is dating Ajax, she can't help but wonder if she feels something for her brooding roommate, Wednesday Addams. What will happen over break, or more importantly, when they return to Nevermore? The semester ended on an abrupt note. The fight with Crackstone and Tyler took a toll on Enid and Wednesday, even if neither wanted to admit it. After the short break, Wednesday is eager to find out who this stalker is. But when Enid doesn't show up, Wednesday gets suspicious. Or is this suspicion worry for the colorful wolf she may have come to love? But she can't help but wonder if Enid is the stalker. Or has something terrible happend? It was one year after crackstone had been resurrected, and Tyler sent away. Enid and Wednesday had moved back in together, and were starting to form a romantic relationship, until Wednesday gets expelled. The pair need to find a way to stay together, or their relationship is doomed.

Wednesday, rozdarta między chłodnym rozsądkiem a narastającym uczuciem, zaczyna odsuwać się od Enid. Ucieka w milczenie, w analizę, w mrok, który zna lepiej niż samą siebie. Enid czuje to pierwsza. I boli. Kiedy relacja zaczyna się kruszyć, gdy zaufanie zostaje zachwiane, a spojrzenia przestają być oczywiste - pojawia się pytanie: czy ich miłość wytrzyma coś więcej niż tylko pierwszy raz? Czy można naprawić coś, co pęka nie od zewnątrz, lecz od środka? Wśród zagubionych duchów, ukrytych drzwi i złamanych obietnic, obie będą musiały wybrać - czy walczyć o siebie nawzajem, czy pogodzić się z tym, że nie wszystkie opowieści o miłości kończą się światłem. A cień? Cień czeka. Zawsze.
