Arrest and then track and kill the villains. After this mission. He was against it. But maybe kids can bring back some emotions he was forced to lock away.

Enji is a promising young student at UA's hero course. He sticks to his studies and his rigours training. He strives to be number one and that blindsides him to what else is at UA. Rei is also promising. She does her best but doesn't strive for perfection. She is social and more out with her friends. She wants everyone to do their best and have fun while doing it. Both have no idea what will happen once they both get a spot in UA's top class. Class 1A.
