[Formerly Persephone's Death Wish} Zander was seven years old when his little sister Persephone was born. A few weeks later, he had to go to his first funeral. His first experience with death left him mystified and overwrought, fearful that when he died, nobody would've cared about him. Because of this, Zander was fiercely devoted to being active in other people's lives, especially his little sister. Persephone grew up into a wildly eccentric girl. She was massively obsessed with darkness and oblivion, and she was fascinated with the underworld, where her namesake ruled. As she got older, she was constantly fighting illness and depression, and she kept finding herself wishing that it would all end. Zander tried his absolute best to help Persey through her pain, but they both grew progressively hopeless. After the loss of her best friend, Persephone suddenly disappeared without a trace. Based from Niantic Labs' (Google) augmented reality game, Ingress. The story does not directly flow with the story line of the original. But some of the characters from the game might be used in the story. Just pretend that this story is another dimension of ingress. *** One day after an accident, a boy was suddenly seeing things he couldnt identify. There are orbs of light appearing on work of arts and source of knowledge. It floats all around and no one could see it except him. He ignored it until he reached 17 years old, when suddenly he heard whispers from a man he cant see. The voice led him to a place named Cupid's Span where a gigantic bow is resting. A lot of that "light" is concentrated around the bow. The voice told him to touch the giant bow. The boy, as if hypnotized, followed. As his hand touched the giant, a green-like flame consumed the bow. The boy stepped back in horror. He realized that he opened a portal. The first portal. A green Enlightened portal.

The world is big, perhaps it isn't. It's easy to open our eyes but not our minds. We are being manipulated and 'they' are limiting our human capabilities. Time will come that we'll all fall under a type of government established by the Enlightened Society. We're going to become puppets, slaves, people considered inferior. Only a few are able to comprehend and this few, are the only ones who can save the others. Sofia Alumbrado was a woman born into the Enlightened Society. She broke free after realizing what their true aim really is. She ran and fought just to inform the people but they came after her to keep her mouth shut. Little did they know that Sofia's discovery didn't die with her. She was clever enough to save it with her son, her one and only descendant, Caesar Alumbrado. Now it's up to him to continue what his mother started. All Rights Reserved.

There's more to the story than meets the eye. People are evolving and able to access parts of their subconscious that have long been dormant. Our main character learns of her own abilities. She stumbles to control her new found powers whilst trying to survive in a cut throat reality. Society is ok if you're "normal", but when you are different you're a threat and a commodity to the wrong people. The main character Serana must struggle through what society will label her as. She is a young adult looking to make a difference in the world. Will her abilities and the opinions of friends, family and strangers put a damper in those plans?

:( sometimes we fall, it's humiliating! So then we burn in the shame! And we don't retaliate. We hust say, "dammit this sucks!!!!!!" and we learn a lesson. Lest our pride is too enlarged...? Aw. Did you think you were too high to learn the lesson?! Sometimes I think that way too. Humans.
