The delinquent guy wanted to break her silence by pestering her and doing flirty gestures. Until the guy unexpectedly fell on his own trap. He knocked her down and accidentally kiss her. This made him realize he fell first for her. The boyish girl is still in her few words but it bothers her from thinking that someone stole her first kiss.
