This is a persuasive essay that I wrote for science class.

Daisy Woods is a girl on a misson. A near impossible mission! To Save the world. determained shes going to be the next and youngest president:) encouraged by her very loving parents she walks into the world protesting, debating and politics. But of course a boy comes in the way. Just like stories she used to read when she was younger. Shes determained not to his charms and dashing(:L) smile in the way of her dreams. But this boy hes differnt and really starting to like her but of course he can't tell her that because there dads are arch enimies>:( they'll not get to be together or will they ;)

this is how parents act when a child come around

A tree fairy, Arbory has had enough of the people cutting down her friends and decides to take matter into her own hands after her sister is chopped and burned for light. She gives each family in the village a punishment for their act of murder of her friends. The village people are devastated at their state but Arbory is determined to keep going on with these brutal punishments. Everyone thinks that their is nothing that they could do to stop this, but what happens when Arbory meets a young brave girl who is even more determined to save her village. Will the girl be able to stop the tree fairy, or will the villagers have to move out and abandon their home?

Following a journal left behind by his grandfather, Mitch Cassidy heads into the Venezuelan jungle in search of a legendary deposit of emeralds. What he finds instead sends him and Amanda Verdugo, whose father disappeared over the same jungle, on a search and rescue mission. Braving the country's dangers, he ultimately finds something more than the Jimmy Buffet life he's been living, and learns there is value in this land beyond mere riches.
