"Oh, how she had longed to stretch her wings and soar amongst the clouds once more, not a sound to be heard but the roar of savage wind against her skull." This is an original fantasy epic (a really long poem) revolving around a previously caged and mistreated crow who travels to her homelands in the north, fleeing the colony of black-skinned captors who believe her kind could grant any wish. Many suncycles later, a child who saw her ascent to the northern smokey hills and holds it as a treasured memory makes the journey to find the freed bird who may, perhaps, fulfill a wish of her own.

An Epic Poem on a boy who takes a crush too far

This is another thing I wrote for my creative writing class but since it is so long I decided to make it it's own story Basically it's a 320 line poem about a dying world and 2 girls go on a quest to try and save the world it includes some gore and a bit of love but nothing too graphic since this was a school assignment.

Something we thought would never happen to us in a lifetime has taken place and took the world by surprise. The coronavirus outbreak has taken the things we loved the most from us and has put us all in a state where we fear doing everyday things, such as going to get groceries and washing clothes. To think thousands of people are dying worldwide to this disease is heartbreaking, and many more are risking their lives to prevent these numbers from going up anymore. And to those people I applaud. To the lives lost, I mourn. I only wish you find this book as a place to cry in, or a place filled with memory. I hope to perhaps put a smile on your face, or make you feel safe in a book like this. Perhaps make you feel something you haven't felt in a while. Whatever the case may be, I hope it's for a good cause at the end of it all.
