Most say that fighting back against Steelheart is futile, but the constant pressure applied to the common people might come around to bite back Newcago's overlord someday. Maybe a few kids will gain the courage to stand against a god. Maybe soon, Steelheart will have a rebellion on his hands...

We remember the blood of the warriors but not the tears of women. We remember the red of the warriors' blood but not the white of widows that followed. We forget that they cried for their broken chudamani and abandoned womb but never let it show as they were the source of power for their families For their husbands and sons For the warriors What was in their mind?
