It's pretty common for deities to create avatars to enter the world...to the point that almost everyone has some traits related to those gods. Those related to Poseidon's avatars get fish fins and gills as well as lungs, and stuff like that. An avatar created by the god had traits which related to those gods, and when they reproduced with normal people, those traits were passed down. It's been so long that almost everyone has these traits. But one thing these avatars always were...were HUMAN. They were always distinctively human, even despite the added features. So imagine the surprise of poor Melodei when a motherfucker who ignores the rules of nature in appearance alone shows up and claims to be an avatar of 'chaos'. That...that is MASK, an entity from another dimension. He's also the guy in the thumbnail of the story, so yeah, he's more than a handful. This story is episodic, so each chapter is disconnected from one another, cuz I think it's gonna be more fun for me to write, and for you guys to read!
