STREET REVIVAL will be the second show of a series produced by mnet with the coined addition of the word "street" in its name. STREET REVIVAL differs from its predecessor as it will focus on those who've been shut down from achieving their musical dreams, rather than those who've never even thought of pursuing. Equal parts of light and dark. This is the story of a girl who lived her life in the sun's radiance, only to fall in the night's gentle insistence. This is the story of a fairy who lived his life brightly, only for it to be veiled by betrayal. So let us tell an old story anew, and we will see how well you know it. In the year 2020, a super natural event occurs. An electrifying explosion in Moscow's Red Square emerging from a man set the world in motion. A condition known to man as the Equinox gives humans the ability to evolve and gain unique powers. Each equinox is rated on a scale of one to three; Passive, Mutant, and Prime. Only one prime has been seen in the past ten years; the man in the Moscow Incident, Dom's father. Dominic Schaffer, a 17 year old boy living in a small town in Southern California, starts to develop the same powers as his father, and is soon hunted by the government. Dom soon learns he is not the only Prime. To create super soldiers, the government has been testing these primes to see which one holds the greatest power.  Dominic is thrown into THE ARENA, a government project where teenage Primes must fight one another to the death, showing off the strongest Equinox. The one to survive will be seperated from his DNA, which will give normal soldiers the powers of the Equinox hidden inside the teen. Throughout his hardships, Dominic must learn the true meaning of friendship, of survival, and of power. This is the Equinox Era.

There are two equinoxes every year. The Fall equinox, and the vernal equinox, also known as the spring equinox. My family has a long, mysterious, and secret history involving our celebration of each equinox and solstice. However, it has always been the fall equinox in which we celebrate most. A long history stands, a secret in which I am only beginning to learn. I never understood why, but somehow fate chose me. My eighteenth birthday is the only one in generations to land on the fall equinox. It will be the most celebrated and feared day in our history.
