Tears fell from his eyes as he glanced at his picture on the wall. He turned back to face his family and opened his mouth to whisper, "Who am I...?" There was silence before his papa finally spoke up, sounding a little choked up from holding back his own tears, "You're Izuku..." Izuku clenched his fists tightly, pursing his lips as he shook his head from side to side. "Who really is Izuku?" his voice cracked as he spoke up again, with more demand, "Who am I?" The tiny dragon finally took a step forward and gestured to the couch, "Let's talk, kid..." he headed towards the couch himself. (I suck at summaries, I apologize. I don't own My Hero Academia. Only the plot. This is also my first story so please... bear with me and my iffy grammar and vocab, English is not my first language. Izuku Yagi, born to Inko Yagi and Toshinori Yagi, the twin brother of Izumi Yagi. Neglected and abused by his family for the sole fact of him being diagnosed as quirkless. He learned from a very young age that men aren't born equal and he had to face that harsh reality in such a young age. By the age of 12, in his birthday, he decided to leave and never come back. He walked through the forest and he felt hopeless and lost until he decided to just end it all. The pain of his family ostracizing him for being quirkless, hurts too much. He found a waterfall while running in the woods and decided to jump to set himself free from the unbearable pain. But when he woke up, he was surrounded by nothing but water and met a creature that might change his life forever.

Dazai and Chuuya find themselves in a predicament. With little time to process Mori's betrayal, the two boys run to the outskirts of Yokohama city. Working together while soaked in blood, they climb the city's impenetrable barrier in a desperate attempt to survive this ordeal and start a new life. Their new life, now filled with a world of heroes and villains. The two boys now living in this new world under the guardianship of a homeless-looking man and a blond with an annoyingly flashy appearance and loud voice. What will become of these two tragedy-stricken boys and their newfound home? Will they heal from their trauma and become heros? Will their budding romance bear fruit? This is my first fanfiction and my first time writing something publicly like this( sorry if it sucks). This is a fan-fiction cross-mix with Bungo Stray Dogs and My Hero Academia being in the same universe. The characters may not act canonically, In this story, Dazai and Chuuya are both 15 and still in the port mafia. In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil. No, that is not my original idea and I got heavy Inspiration from "This Boys Too Young to be Singing the Blues", By Distonail. It's an amazing read, I recommend it. :) Ps. It had been years since Shouta Aizawa had seen his sister - his life led him a different path and he couldn't bare looking back. It's not bad to dream......just make sure it is realistic.
