Hey, hey! This was a book made by my actual dream I had. I don't know how to explain it to others, so, I decided to share it with you all. Even though you really don't need to know.. 13 year old, Shiriah Robins has a tough time with her life. She's just an average girl. Her grades are good, but she's not appreciated for her work. She has friends, but some of them don't recognize her. She just wants to be alone for at least one time in her life. When she wanted to take a "little nap", she had the best experience of her life. The real question for her is: Is it all real?

The fear of being yourself. This is a collection of poems loosely based on my life, and things I've witnessed while growing older. I've noticed that people tells us to "be yourselves", but then they are disappointed with who "ourselves" really are. Well in my poems, I talk about the sides of your personality not really seen by others, what we feel in our heads, and what's underneath the tip of the iceberg. Dear reader, I hope with my poems you can see you are not alone, and that we all get a little scared of ourselves sometimes.
