But if he wants to accomplish this he cant use just any interview or report, so hes now chasing after the worlds most wanted criminal/Villain to get the story behind this mysterious person. summary- In this world there some people that possess an ability and it's not as rare as one would hope, some people abused there powers but others help save lives. However with every great power comes an even greater villain, But sometimes the best villains don't even have powers. What happens when a person goes up against both Villains and heros but is still considered a villain because the people dont know any better. Why cant the hero's take down this one person?
