In this story the reader is not a Nightfury like all the others. They are a dragon killer, a Deathgripper! They seem to have a friend too! It's a Hobblegrunt, what an odd pair. Follow the reader and their friend as they explore the archipelago together, maybe run into some pesky dragon riders on the way. This fic was in process 48 days, which is nearly seven weeks.

After the defeat of Drago Bludvist the young heroes think they are safe, but shortly after their victory Berk gets attacked by Screaming Deaths. The dragon riders have to find out what is going on before the unknown enemy is able to unleash an unstoppable storm. This story happens after the second film. There are not a lot of fanfics that stay completely faithful to the source material, but don't we all want a classic HTTYD story? A new story in the same universe and timeline, with the same characters, and no crazy additions. Enjoy.

They try to find out who they are and who the mysterious rider companion is. Will the riders come willingly to Hiccup? Will the riders be friendly? Is it really Heather on the Razorwhip? Are there more Night Furies? And will it all work out in the end? *I do not own any of the characters in how to train your dragon except my oc. This story takes place in httyd 3-ish. In my personal opinion, the story could have been better so I am writing this as how I would somewhat want the story to go.*

Constantly battling your father, attempting to convince him to let you move to berk and learning about dragon attacks from your friend Astrid. This takes place after How to Train Your Dragon 2. Hiccup watched from afar as Astrid slipped away from him. She wouldn't even acknowledge him sometimes. He didn't know what he'd done wrong. And that's when he walked in on her and Eret. (I know Astrid would never ever do this canonically but oh well drama is cool)

Modern! Hiccstrid AU. Henry "Hiccup" Haddock and Astrid Hofferson were best friends in 2nd grade until Hiccup moved out of the blue one day and never returned. Now in college, will they be able to rekindle their old friendship or has it been too long?

Astrid comes to Berk with her tribe after they were almost wipped out by dragons seeking protection only to find Berk covered with dragons. Astrid refuses to stay on Berk, but with a bit of convincing from her childhood friend and the handsome young chief Hiccup, she agrees to stay. Eventually Astrid finds herself slowly falling in love with Hiccup as he shows her that the dragons she thought were monsters, were never creatures who brought terror and destruction but lifelong friends who will be at your side no matter what.

At the age of four Y/n was taken by a Shadow fury to the Dragon Sanctuary where she discovered she could understand dragons. From then on she would be raised by dragons. A year later, Valka was brought to the Sanctuary by Cloudjumper. Valka then helped raise Y/n while learning how to train, fly, protect, and live with dragons. There will be no romance in this story. Based before and during a very twisted (not dark) version of Httyd 2. Normal means Norse/English Italic mean Dragonese I do not own Httyd 2 or any of the characters. -This story will go along with the first and second movie, maybe the third movie- Rowan is the older brother and best friend to Hiccup. Yes, Hiccup is scrawny, not the best viking, but that didn't matter to Rowan. He only hangs out with him...well because...Rowan didn't have anyone else. He didn't like the other teens or adults (except Gobber) so he just hangs out with his little brother. Rowan isn't the best viking either, but he is a little more muscular than Hiccup and is four years older than him. They both work for Gobber, and both want to kill a dragon, but Hiccup wants to at least get noticed in the village and not get picked on. But that changes when Hiccup shoots down a certain dragon, and Rowan well he also shoots down a dragon(but that's later in the story). -In this there will be another night fury that Rowan shoots down later. I will have a design soon- -I own nothing except my oc and his dragon. Everything else belong to DreamWorks-
