After Christine Daee leaves the phantom, Erik, with Raoul she feels regret as she drifts away in the boat. She already promised Raoul a lifetime of commitment, but her heart was left with Erik. The next morning he police have a mysterious mission that no one knows about that involves them running around the entire city. Perhaps it's a... Search party? Maybe someone who Christine knows personally?

I was requested to write this by @POTOLLOMLOSWPAO3. This is the tale of a Mer, and Christine Daaé, the fishergirl who works on the Adam's Ale whaling boat with her father. One day she and her crew are out for a whaling excursion, and a storm hits, and the whales ram the boat, making Christine fall overboard.... Christine meets Erik, the "Phantom Boy" of the school, in her senior year of high school and realizes that she doesn't really love Raoul.

After realising she made a mistake.... Christine returns to the phantom and confesses her love to him. But Erik and Christine's story isn't over yet.... especially when Raoul comes to take Christine back. This story follows passion, romance, and heartache but through it Erik and Christine will never leave one another again, no matter what happens.

Christine Daaé has lost her family, her home, and even her will to live. As things get bleak, she turns to an odd hobby to reignite her affinity for music: busking with her father's violin. Little does she know that the performer across from her is the well-known Phantom, who is perturbed by this newcomer on his territory.
