We all know the normal Destiny 2 story at least so far. But in another multiverse, a different yet similar story unfolded. In a very poorly though decision, Commander Zavala put together a Fireteam based solely on skill. What he did not expect was to make the most powerful and famous Fireteam all filled with sarcastic, confusing and generally mentally ill motherfuckers. So get ready for a retelling of the story you think you know as we take you through their stories, through love, through heartbreak, through friendships forming and breaking and through Zavala sometimes wishing he could break his comms.

A few months after the destruction of the Black Garden's heart, things returned to normal for the people of the tower. As normal as it could be anyway. However in the seventh week after it's destruction, a young boy arrives in the tower. He was broken, in tears. He tells the vanguard of a man with a hand cannon who killed his family. Two years passed after David Vasquez saved the Last City from the likes of Upgrade and since that time many things have changed across the planet Earth. However, all had but forgotten the threat promised by Crota fifteen years ago. His father, Oryx, has arrived at the Sol System and with him the Taken, a legion of corrupt, once living beings changed by darkness. This time, not even the powers of Invictus are strong enough to stop him.

A Hive Knight has been chosen by the Traveler to become a Guardian. Naturally, complications arise. Will Narvuk learn to live with what he has become, or will he be doomed to life(s) full of despair? Also, violence. Lots of Destiny-flavored violence.

The year 2761, after the collapse, the Last City on Earth is only protected by the Traveler, and the Guardians. When the Darkness corners us from all angles, encasing us, closing in on us, morphing us. Evolving us...the only way to break away, is to shed our light upon the Dark, to make it glow. And we will survive, flourish, and expand our Light, to wash out the cervices and holes that have been filled with Darkness. We shall give Light, to extinguish the flames. We will no longer watch as we burn. We will burn Darkness with Light. If we will burn, let us burn with hope.

A tale following the journeys of six unique guardians that have been thrown together into a fight that they didn't know they were ready for. Countless foes, familiar friends, romance, and our favorite NPC characters from the Destiny universe will all make an appearance in this story. Just when this fireteam of six gets thrown together, and they think they've figured things out, fate throws a wrench into their plans, testing their strength, and their light.

During a time of vast suffering and terrible evil, many survivors formed colonies in the wilderness in a desperate attempt to live. Humanity was on the brink of extinction but out of it, the Traveler sent out Ghosts to look for their Guardians to protect the last of mankind. However, some of the earliest Guardians chose not to protect the world, but subjugate it, becoming Warlords. One of the many famous Warlords was Lord Shaxx, who worked to protect the civilians within his care instead of vanquishing them. Guinevere Bradshaw was one of the many last survivors and just like them, she was ghostless. Shaxx found her in the woods, injured and trying to fend off some Fallen. The Warlord took her in and gave her an opportunity to prove her loyalty to him by working in his palace.

The Game. That's what you're stuck in. With no way out. The Darkness. That's what plagues you. And could possibly be the end of you. And your friends. You are a Guardian who is trying to find an escape from this world that, despite having no previous memories of your past life, you know too well and still feel out of place. You and your team are investigating you and this unnatural power you can somehow harness while also trying to make it out of this damned Game alive. Right now, hope is all you can cling to because as the Darkness gets closer, the stronger your bond becomes. A dark bond. And it's what's causing so many Guardians to turn their backs to you. Hurry and find the clues to solve this mystery. You might not have much time....

What if Arjun learned about all that was meant to happen? What if they learned of the Gardener and the Winnower? What if they learned all that had ever happened was nothing but a game between the two forces, and decided to lash out? What if they decide to change the game, and change the tides of the universe itself? Art is by me :)

[PART OF A MULTI-STORY SERIES] The Guardian and Ghost are tasked with tracking down and eliminating Oryx, The Taken King. He's arrived in Sol looking for revenge-looking for HER after she killed his son. Unfortunately the Hive God has already struck, and decimated the Awoken fleet along with their Queen, Mara Sov. Seeking revenge, The Guardian teams up with Cayde-6, the Hunter Vanguard and together they find a way to get aboard Oryx's ship to stop him once and for all. Along the way though, Cayde catches glimpses into WHO the Guardian truly is behind that stone cold mask she always wears... And makes a vow to himself.
