This is an Erkenci Kus AU story centered on Can and Sanem because even though the show has ended doesn't mean my love for it has. The story is about how Sanem Aydin is an amazing and strong woman who does deliveries to help keep her family afloat with her father running the store. Can Divit is at the center of the agency, Fikri Harika, by the demand of his father to take the helm of being the chief creative officer. How will the world bring them together again in this new reality? This is very, very, very loosely based on the Strongest Deliveryman K-drama. I do not own Erkenci Kus or its characters, this is only for fun.

LONG EXPLANATION: After getting hooked on Erkenci Kuş, I fell in love with Istanbul as much as with the show and its characters. How deeply in love? I went on a trip with a group of awesome EK-loving ladies from around the world earlier this year! This whatever-it-is began because of a challenge to write a max-250 word story inspired our adventures. That story (Driving in Bear City) led to other parts, which appear to be breeding like middle-aged rabbits (regularly, but slowly). Things may also move around a bit (it needs some introductory chapters to set the stage), so please bear with me. BRIEF SYNOPSIS: A group of friends drawn together by a shared love of Turkish dizis decides to go explore the country. They all fall in love with Istanbul, and some of them fall in love IN Istanbul.

A story about how so many people underestimated Sanem, because of her upbringing, even Can. Just because a person is shy, respectful, and not pushy, this should not be evaluated as not smart and looked down on! I wanted Can to show his smarts, and realize his attitude with all the women, the show threw in front of Sanem. I did not like Can's arrogance with the women. As you will be able to tell, I did not like any of them at all, especially Polen. A lot of the time, it was just degrading, how everyone treated the character Sanem. I wanted Sanem and Can to be in love, but equal. I also, felt like Huma, was just evil, but why? She was the mother of two adult men, why be so mean? So I made her a little different, she still thinks she is better, but not! I also, did not like the way Sanem's parent's went from friendly to not, then forgave Leyla and Emre overnight, but never ever understood Sanem and Can. I am not a writer, have no connection with the actors, production staff, or anyone else with Erkenci Kus. I am just a fan. Any mistakes, misspellings, long boring chapters or story are all on me. This is my take on episodes 29, 30, etc. and the Fabri, perfume, Can in jail farce. I could not stand Can's attitude at the hut, his attitude was that of a spoiled brat, his yelling at Sanem in front of Polen, and her smirking. I could not stand Polen from her first introduction. My interpretation of this story does not include Can's memory loss, leaving for a year, or Sanem acting so childish. I will make Huma pay for her interference, but still working on that idea. I also did not like Emre getting off so easily. He needs to repent a little more. I thought Aziz was made out to be simple minded, when he had started and built a multimillion dollar business. He was not that old. I took creative license to make the story like I would have liked it to be and end! I made up details just to make it fun at times. There will be drama and violence, not my favorite, but will get even with some of the villains. I am not affiliated with Erkenci Kus, its actors, writers, or anyone. I am just a fan and not a writer. This my *AU* version of Can and Sanem's story. It might not stay true to the show but will definitely have some story themes of EK. I love how in earlier episodes Sanem was like a fish out of water and was trying to find her place. And Can was the same way, even though outwardly he looked in control. I hope to capture some of that feel through this story. I am really excited for the writer change in the show and I cannot wait for episode 40 and beyond. I truly hope the new direction the show is going will only make it better. It's also bringing back my enthusiasm to write stories. Enjoy

Can woke with no memory of the past two years. He has completely forgotten Sanem and their love. Why has he forgotten everything from the moment he met Sanem? Why the past two years and the most important person in his heart and mind, how does that make any sense? Can is drifting in a coma, is he fighting to stay asleep or is he fighting to wake up, what is behind this mysterious case of amnesia? Let's follow Can inside his coma and see what is lurking there.

This is inspired after the tragic accident of Can and Sanem and Can having a temporary memory loss. Until when? That's the fantasy I created here.

I wanted to do a series based just on Can's flashbacks. Rather than getting his memories back all at once, he gets a few at a time, in little flashes, mostly when he is with Sanem. Since episode 49 didn't give us any flashbacks at all, I thought it would be a good idea to re-write some of the scenes in that episode to show him getting his memories back slowly. Hope you enjoy!

Suha- a sweet, kind, and caring 21-year-old girl, with beauty incomparable. Always looking out for her family and friends- even strangers. When she gets married to the biggest businessman in Turkey, someone she very least expected to marry, she realizes how simple love is. Sohab- a caring and outgoing 25-year-old, he's made it to the top 15 beautiful faces in the world from the age of 17, he has girls running around him waiting for any chance to create a relationship with him. Suddenly his grandmother gets sick and her last wish is to see her grandchildren married. He agrees to get married to a fellow businesswoman, who he's only known for a few weeks and he too realizes how simple love is "Time went on, and I didn't even realize when I fell in love with you."

Can tells Sanem that he is leaving and she accepts his decision, but not before she gives him a dose of reality. But certain events later unfold and put Can and Sanem back in each other's lives. Can Can forgive Sanem? But even more importantly, can Sanem forgive Can?

Part 1 of story is from Sanem's point of view, telling us what happens after she gives Can her letter confessing everything. I have also added a scene which they should have given us when Can and Sanem were in the Ferris Wheel, instead of zooming out! Part 2 of this story is from Can's point of view, telling us what happened after episode 26 (hopefully)!

It's 2045 and here is the story of young adult Murad Divit the son of Can and Sanem of Turkish show Erkenci Kus. We will read about his life in general and obviously love hehehe. This is his life... Will organize this book after a few chapters with some little edits if I have the time This story is inspired by a tweet I did that blew up and ended up everywhere in the TurkishDizi world lol.
