While Erma is away at her family reunion in Japan, Sidney has struggled spending that time without the one friend who understands her more than anyone else in Blairwood. That is, until she meets Percy Palmer. a new student with his own secret that is similar to her own in some ways, but very 'different' in others.

What if, throughout the Erma comics, there was another story pushed into motion, in the background, in which a relationship between the teacher and a student, through the eyes of one Ms. Bierly, quietly and dramatically changed their lives for the better?

The world has taken an interesting turn since the reveal of the supernatural to the public eye. Currently, countries such as Japan have long been used to such neighbors and have easily coexisted with them. In places such as the United States of America, they are currently gaining traction. With the President currently on the move to strengthen ties with humans and the supernatural, she sends multiple members of her private army to keep watch on those who would threaten the shaky start between the two groups. In the quaint little town of Blairwood, a young half-Yokai by the name of Erma Williams is about to meet one of these private soldiers and in doing so embarks on a new, bizarre journey.

Will Dane, A young private in the 3rd Infantry Divison is sent down a hole under a bunker where he is chased down by something otherworldly. He finds himself in a forest somewhere, where he meets Erma, a half human/half ghost girl. With Erma's help can he find his way home or will he be stuck in the present? (Cover by me :D)
