Este es el primer tomo de tres en los cuales se relata la vida de Ernesto Thomas González, nacido en Montevideo, Uruguay, en 1968, y que es un paciente psiquiátrico desde niño, al que se le diagnosticó esquizofrenia. Este paciente, que es el autor de estos tres libros, relata con lujos de detalles, al tratamiento agresivo que le fue impuesto por sus psiquiatras, y, en estos tres tomos de su Autobiografía, el autor relata su vida desde sus once años (cuando comenzó su tratamiento psiquiátrico), hasta sus dieciocho años de edad, en los cuales el autor recibió su primera serie de diez electroshocks. Hasta ahora, el autor de estas líneas, ha recibido cuarenta y ocho electroshocks, y ha vivido casi toda su vida, desde sus dieciocho años, internado casi ininterrumpidamente en clínicas psiquiátricas. El autor de estas líneas, Ernesto Thomas, fue castrado químicamente a su temprana edad de quince años por un exceso abusivo e irresponsable de psicofármacos, y fue el duro tratamiento psiquiátrico, y no su enfermedad, lo que lo apartó para siempre de sus estudios y de su vida social, laboral y sexual, aislándolo del resto de la sociedad por el resto de su vida. En este primer tomo de esta Autobiografía, Ernesto nos relata sus experiencias de su tratamiento psiquiátrico, desde sus once hasta sus trece años de edad, en un libro que él mismo titula, no sin razón "un relato kafkiano".
