a fanfication I made for Ernesto De La Cruz's fans, if there are here haha! this is NOT a love story and does not contain sexual/lemon stuff. you are 12 in this story, the same age Miguel was, so it explains why there will no be anything like 18+ lol. it does contain fluff and family love, because I find it cute uvu. there could be some little tense moments, but it won't contain anything harmful or any curses, because I would like to keep this story clean. there are no requests, since it is a continueing story, and not oneshots. Ernesto here is quite different than the original one. he is still quite cocky and defensive, and still the same age when he died which is 46, but here he is more gentle and fatherly, and I decided to remove the memory of him kiling Hector from this story. the Rivera family may not appear here, so it will be like Ernesto never met Miguel before, and instead he met you. thank you for reading the desc, and I hope you enjoy! <3

Tanya de la Cruz, the daughter of the famous singer Ernesto de la Cruz, is a famous salsa dancer and is great at the guitar just like her father. After his death, she still plays music just for him to remember him. During a mini concert at the plaza while dancing she meets Miguel Coco, which she's heard that their family thinks music is a curse. They then are curious about Ernesto and Miguel wants to know if it's his great, great grandfather. On the way while meeting Hector, they start to fall for each other and that they have feelings. Will they ever confess?

Ernesto De La Cruz was trapped under a bell for 3 years. By then, people have tourmented him and abused him Mentally. He knew what he did was wrong. He knew what he did was horrible. He was so guilty and upset about it. He just wanted to tell Hector, how much he was sorry. Later on the bell was lifted and found an Ernesto with ripped clothing and cracks on his face. They were surprised he wasn't forgotten yet. So they sent him off to Join the guards to protect the land of the dead from the land of the forgotten! Horrible Creatures who tried to enter the land of the dead. Their souls to be destroyed with powerful swords, made of magic and bone. This is an AU called Guard!Coco. Coco Belongs to Pixar and all the respectful owners. Non of the Characters belong to me except the guards. The concept of this story is based off of coco but originally by me. Just what the title says! I noticed there aren't a whole lot of these on here, so I decided I'd make some myself. Bare in mind, I'm no writer, so these stories may not be the best, but I love this movie and its characters and wanted to show them my love! A couple disclaimers going into these: -I AM 100% okay with writing oneshots, prefs., and scenarios about Miguel, but do note that they will NEVER be NSFW! In my mind, Miguel is a minor and will ALWAYS be a minor. It makes me very uncomfortable to write NSFW material about him for this reason. -I'll also be writing about Hector and Ernesto and they WILL contain NSFW (most likely at some point). - I'm also open to writing about Imelda, but it won't be done by default. I just feel like I couldn't capture her personality well enough :'D But if it's something you'd like to see, send me a request! -While we're talking about requests, I am absolutely open to them, and I, in fact, encourage them! Please send me your ideas! -I am NOT a Spanish speaker in the slightest! I'll try to use some Spanish in the stories here and there, but note that it most likely won't be perfect. -Unless plainly stated, Hector and Ernesto are ALIVE in all works. Maria Rivera, was Miguel Rivera's older sister. Like her Great-Great Grandfather, she leaves to be a musician. She promised to return but after 3 years of waiting, her family gives up hope and realizes that she won't be back. Miguel's family never talks about her and all that Miguel knows was that she was just like their Great-Great Grandfather. When Miguel ends up in the Land of The Dead, Miguel meets Hector and Maria, both of who hate Ernesto Del A Cruz and his daughter Elivara Del A Cruz, who Miguel thinks are his Great-Great Grandfather and Sister.
