I try to explain what the Omega verse is throughout my stories but just right now this is how i'd describe the Omegaverse. An AU where characters are defined genetically to have traits similar to wild animals in the sense they are either Alpha - the strong, independent and protective, Beta - basically just normal humans, or Omega - the submissive type that nurtures and what not.
