Tom and Anya have a complicated relationship. It began when Anya costarred with him on Broadway. Their roles were in love, destined to be together. In reality, they couldn't stand each other. Off stage, Anya stuck to herself, a loner trapped in her own imagination, ignoring reality as often as possible. Tom, on the other hand, knew the difference between life and his roles, and thought Anya was too childish. They both shine together on stage, but to everyone who knows them off of it know their feelings for each other. Or so they think.

I've always wanted to escape reality, the whole bit of it. Who likes it anyway? It's filled with pain and suffering and happy moments come every blue moon. I resorted to things I usually wouldn't resort to. Even if it was for a limited time. It wasn't enough. I needed more. I wanted this so badly, but when I finally got what I wanted, I didn't want it anymore.

Hi! (: Nice to meet you! Cool, that you are interested in the story I am about to tell. This is gonna be a fan fiction based on the character Cassie Ainsworth from the 2000's TV-show Skins UK Generation 1. Some of the characters will be based on the ones from the TV-show and I do not own any copy-right for these. To fully understand the story, it would be beneficial to have seen at least the 1 season of the show (but you probably get it without knowing the show) (: I just want to mention two things in here before telling you more about the story: 1) Sorry in advance, for any grammatical mistakes etc. as English is not my mother tongue 2) I cannot guarantee to regularly write on this story. Probably the story gets finished, probably it does not. I do it, because I enjoy writing not because I want publicity. Also I want to put a short TW in here, because I won't write a TW before each chapter. Not to spoil too much, but Cassie is a very complex character dealing with complex issues including mental health issues like an ED, SH and Suicidal Thoughts, drug (addiction) and much more aspects that can be triggering.
