Naruto is killed in his fight with pein. He then transforms into a hollow. He thought he would forever be lost in the darkness, however, a savior appeared in the form of Sosuke Aizen. Aizen had seen potential in the boy, so he turned him into an arrancar, to be more specific, he made him the number 9 espada, after the previous was defeated in battle.

Sakura had finally done it. After years of training and working hard, she is selected to take a Captain's exam. But, things don't go quite as planned. When Renji goes missing, all eyes turn to Sakura. She is given a choice to either deal with the accusations and face the consequence of death or join an anonymous offer to betray the Soul Society and have freedom.
