Kirstie is an outsider, she's 14 years old and suffers with autism. shes incredibly smart and already two grades above her peers, she doesn't have any friends though. she loves art, music and birds. She's a talented violinist and guitarist but she hides her biggest talent, she's a singer. She's bullied alot, so she hides herself from those who leave her alone. to most kids, shes just there... Esther, Mitch, Scott, Kevin and Avi are all 16 and have known Kirstie since kindergarten. they're best friends but they generally stay out of Kirstie's way. What happens when their paths cross? will Kirstie find the friends shes dreamed of or will she be forever alone.
