Sarah is sixteen but still has full control over her life. Rash decisions, bad boys, patience and alcohol just don't make it into the bucket list which is filled to the brim and still overflowing with over achieving tasks and constantly thought out situations. Family is always first priority followed by her best friends and ice-cream. Daniel is sixteen and does pretty well wherever he goes. Having rich parents has its plus points. Smile is blinding and easy to conquer with a bunch of random people always hovering near him like they need his presence to breathe. Attention is drawn to him without even the seeking part and patience is always packed in abundance. The things they share in common are-a haunting past, their broken friendship, and the longing gazes that they throw at each other's way from an excessive distance, only when the other never notices. But one thing is clear to everyone around them. That is, that any relation involving them, Is just not meant to be.

This story is about Nicki a boy who lives in foster care away from his home where he was abused on many different levels. And now must learn about friendship and learning to handle his depression. (please comment)
