A veces vuelvo atrás y todo me parece un sueño. El día en el que volví a sentirme joven y recordar momentos del pasado que me torturan hasta el día de hoy. Lágrimas que se derraman sin un porqué, o porqué ahora. Pensé haberlo dejado todo atrás y sin darme cuenta, el pasado vuelve para castigarme, con la silueta de una persona que pensé haber dejado que el tiempo la borrara de mi memoria. La vida no perdona a nadie, y tal y como me dijo una persona realmente especial, en el fondo siempre tendremos a un niño que no quiere hacerse mayor, y aún encerrándolo en el fondo de tu alma, sigue luchando día a día por salir. Por ahora yo estoy en ponerme a cumplir sueños y tengo muchas ganas, solo quiero ser positiva y demostrar amor , paciencia y sabiduría sobre todas las cosas, creo que son fundamentales. Y nuestro corazón cada vez más rebosa de amor... En simple palabras vuela alto, tan alto hasta que alcancen todos tus sueños .

Diana: protagonista de la historia. Es una joven de catorce años, metalera, narcisista, ególatra, propensa al dramatismo, inquieta, soñadora, descarada, chula, tierna, torpe, bruta y carismática. Su mayor sueño es convertirse en una estrella de rock y por ello intenta por todos los medios conseguir una guitarra eléctrica. De momento, se contenta con la guitarra acústica que le regala su abuela y con las clases que le imparte su joven profesor de guitarra. A Diana le encanta ser el centro de atención, por ello se ha labrado una reputación infame en su instituto, donde es odiada y temida por unos y amada por otros. Sin embargo, como cualquier chica de catorce años, también tiene inseguridades tanto con su aspecto físico como con su capacidad mental, pero eso son cosas que solo le confiesa a su diario. Está obsesionada con dar el estirón por su baja estatura y su cuerpo aniñado. Le encanta perder el tiempo en Internet, llegar tarde a casa, los chicos, destacar, ya sea para bien o para mal, los gatos, tocar la guitarra, jugar a la videoconsola y escribir en su diario. Odia el color rosa, el instituto, las verduras, que sus madres le digan lo que tiene que hacer, su profesor de Matemáticas y la injusticia.
