Welcome to Family Ties! Each year, three The Dragon Prince families will be selected and written about in the form of one-shots, headcanons, an actual story, ect. This year's families are the Magefam, Callum and Ezran's family, and Rayla's family including Runaan and Ethari. The themes are happiness (memories), sadness, fear, anger, surprise, disgust, and happiness (moments), based off the Echoes of Thunder artbook's chapters.

Philomena and Diana are Rayla's adoptive sisters. When Rayla's parents joined the dragon guard Ena and Diana's parents Runaan and Ethari took her in. Ena was delighted when Rayla first moved in as they've been friends since they were babies . Diana who was 3 at the time was a bit scared of her as she wasn't used to new people. Making friends has always been a problem for her as she painfully shy and was also born with a mobility issue which required her to walk with a crutch. So she usually kept to herself. Diana has since warmed up to rayla and despite their different personality's and fights between Ena and Rayla the three were very close to one another. When humans killed the dragon king and destroyed the egg of the dragon prince. Runaan brought Ena and Rayla on the mission to kill king Harrow and his son prince Ezren. But when Rayla and two human princes make a discovery that could change everything. Ena is forced to make a decision on whether to continue on the mission at hand or join her sister and the princes on a journey to return the dragon prince to his mother and change the world.

This one is based off a story on ao3 called right to the peace but they are just reacting.

this is a runaan x ethari a 1 page story about what if runaan escaped from the castle and came back to his husband ethari after a months of reuniting they had a surprise on the way and due any day now. i don't own the picture just the unborn baby that ethari will have.

Diana has been living with her adoptive uncles as they lived in one of the villages in the outskirts of Katolis. But later Diana become a captive of a dark mage after she have discovered a hidden secret of primal magic. But she makes a daring escape and, with the help of a band of Moonshadow elves and a primal mage seeks out the heroes and brings them back to defend their people once again. (If there's any story like this, than don't worry. It's my own story for Season 5).

This time it's one shots about another gay af couple between Runaan and Ethari. Depression and tooth decaying fluff one shots! You got it! Like my Goldenheart one shots, should be updated every 4 to 7 days. It's usually a bit earlier during the first few chapters tho.

Seventeen years have passed since the defeat of Viren, Claudia, and then with great effort and sacrifice defeated, the north star Elarion, the fallen star, the last of the Greats, the bearer of gifts, the dark brother, the arch mage Aaravos. And twenty years have passed since the return of the Dragon Prince to Xadia. During this time the world has changed. Now, however, there is one more thing left to do.... It will be a short story, I think about 9 chapters. I have copyright only on what I have invented myself. English is not my language so for any mistakes I apologize most sincerely. :) I am writing this after the premiere of season 3 but before the premiere of season 4.

2 years after the Dragon prince was returned to his mother, Rayla is on a journey to Katolis to meet up with Ezran and Callum, when she injures herself badly she starts to recall memories. And secrets. with Runnan at her side they both start to recall memories of....... someone, his name they can't recall until they uncover every, sad, dark, and twisted memory.
