The stories in this collection vary in tone and subject matter, each being inspired by a prompt, quote, real life experience or picture. At various times these stories have been stuck in my head, many of them playing over and over and over again in my minds eye like a record player's needle getting caught in a groove. So I needed to write them down to get them out and resume my day. These are my Scarlett Thoughts, the words I just could no longer contain. And hopefully they stay with you as they did me. *1st Place Winner - Short Story - The Typers Awards* *1st Place Winner - Short Story - The Grand Dame Awards* *1st Place Winner - Short Story - The Grammar Awards 2019* *1st Place Winner - Short Story - Litwit Awards 2019*

We have all been victims of stereotypes whether we know it or not. We have all conformed to a stereotype whether we accept it or not. We have all judged people because we have automatically stereotyped them whether we admit it or not. We've been the cause of pain and the victim, all because of labels, that may or not be true. This has to end. Whether its the stereotyping of age or religion, ethnicity or class. It has to end, they have to go. We are all humans, we are all sharing one space. We should stop making assumptions. For those who prejudge are ignorant.
