After Joey Graceffa survived the town of Everlock and was brought back to life, his inner evil overpowered him and forced him to the Delamont hotel, a place where the deaths of all of his friends never happened. With Joey stuck in a horrible limbo with no way out, he sends 9 of his strongest friends from previous seasons to escape the hotel with him, with new costumes and new personas. They must travel from floor to floor, facing creatures out for blood, and must kill each other to step out of this cursed hotel alive.
