Since Jack was a commoner, the two had faced and won against the council. Once Jack would know about it, he'll be trained to become a real prince. Little did they know that Pitch was planning to steal the throne and the whole marriage thing was just a cover-up. Elsa and Anna flew to Burgess to study there. When Elsa met Jack again, they had a deal in exchange of that broken promise. Elsa helped Jack to be Rapunzel's boyfriend. But as they knew about the marriage, everything went wrong. Secrets poured out, they're hidden abilities and even Pitch's plan. They flew back to Arendelle by force, Jack and his friends decided to save Elsa, Anna and Arendelle before it's too late.
