On my way to the market as usual, it's not like I'm suddenly craving to get thrown out of the Union. I wonder as I'm walking if they will be testing us again tomorrow in Training. I hope so, then maybe I might get another chance to transfer to the City. My name is Kristianna and I, like almost every seventeen year old, am I my own. My parents were killed in the War, so now I live by myself with Diri my computerized parent slash house cleaner. In the world we live in all the eighteen year olds to four year olds have the same schedule. Starting when you're six you go to Training everyday and for the four and five year olds they go only two times each week. At Training we learn how to read and write, but we also learn how to use our elements for defense against others. If we prove we are good enough we get transferred to the City for extra training after first school is over when we are eighteen. If we don't go to second school we get selected for different jobs to do.

"who are you?" I said in a stern tone. breathing softly, he slides his hand off the brick wall pulling it to his chest backing away. He takes off his mask, smoke pours out of it like a calm river. "no-one you need to worry about now, I saw what happened, follow me" he said clenching his grip on the mask tighter, and passing me. he pulls a brick out and digs his hand deep in it, a click was heard when a door slowly caved in revealing a old dust filled lab. . . . #3 in eutopia ♡

We move through life collecting moments - victories we celebrate, mistakes we regret, people we misunderstand, and strangers who quietly change us. From where we stand, everything makes sense. We know who the villain is. We know who deserves sympathy. We know what the truth is. Or at least we think we do. But stories are strange things. Shift the point of view, and the same moment becomes something entirely different. A misunderstanding becomes a sacrifice. A rivalry becomes longing. A coincidence becomes fate. You are now involved in the series of book where we deal with perspectives, 𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓭𝓲𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓮 𝓫𝓮𝓽𝔀𝓮𝓮𝓷 𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓻𝓼 𓂃۶ৎ Follows the story of a young girl who has set out to her village back in the Kokan region after years of family dispute came to an end.
